Elijah Craig Small Batch Ryder Cup Commemorative Bottle 0,7L (47% Vol.)
A limited edition bourbon from Elijah Craig, released to commemorate the 2025 Ryder Cup, and celebrate its return to the States, specifically New York. The Ryder Cup is a biennial golf tournament between teams from the USA and Europe, with the two regions alternating which plays host to the competition, and Elijah Craig lays claim to being its official bourbon.
Beginning as a fully matured batch of Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon, this edition was then treated to an eight week finish in separate casks made of up to 75% toasted sugar maple – the official state tree of New York, and 25% applewood (New York, the Big Apple, geddit?!), before vatting and bottling at a satisfying 47% ABV, complete with commemorative label and packaging.
With rich layers of maple syrup, toffee apple, and cocoa, this ought to make a splendid autumnal sipper.
