Originally from California, Sid has a huge amount of knowledge and experience in the Bar scene. Making a name for himself through his cocktail classes, he is excited to house all things liquor under one roof!
Lydia Schamp
Bouncing between Long Beach and Germany, Lydia has a wealth of knowledge across many hospitality businesses. When she's not at LL you'll find her at her resturant, Fiesta Mexicana.
Eduardo Garcia
Originally from Mexico, Eduardo is our resident Tequila expert. In fact, he even has his own Tequila Brand. Expect many great additions to the store through his distillery contacts.
