Initially, the entire vineyard comprised only 6 hectares, which was gradually expanded and renewed by the Bonnin family. The vines originate from the Lussac Saint-Émilion plateau (Libournais), which boasts ideal clay and limestone soils. Vinification is carried out using traditional methods. After a 20- to 30-day temperature-controlled maceration, the wine is aged for 12 months in new barriques.
